I have always felt drawn to people’s stories. Growing up in a Mediterranean-Italian household, I was often immersed in loud, lively spaces where listening to others was an eventful experience. Sometimes I found myself in the background, either working to make my own voice heard or quietly observing from the sidelines. But one moment stands out clearly in my memory: someone sitting in gentle silence with me during a heavy time. The space they provided allowed me to share, feel seen, and understood, giving me the context I needed to begin healing. That experience shaped me and the therapist I became—with a desire to honor the stories of others and the unique spaces we all deserve to heal, grow, and thrive. I believe that healing happens best in safe environments like these, and it is a privilege to join you on your journey, wherever you might be and however today might feel.
In my work with adults and adolescents, some topics I enjoy providing care and treatment for include addiction recovery support, PTSD and complex trauma (C-PTSD), ADHD, and exploring culture, identity, and belonging. I gravitate towards approaches that aid in healing and supporting the nervous system and developing a secure attachment style, while always tailoring therapy to the unique needs of the person in front of me. This often includes drawing from Bowlby’s Attachment Theory, Teyber’s Interpersonal Process approach, DBT, and EMDR. My goal is to foster safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship so clients can process their pain, build resilience, and move toward healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
