How It Works

Finding Your Counselor

First we will get some basic information from you through email or a phone call (however you are most comfortable) on why you are seeking help and what type of counselor would make you feel the safest.

Working With
Your Counselor

A Revision counselor will make a recommendation as to a great fit for you and get you directly in contact with your new counselor to begin building the relationship.

Reaching Your Goals

Your counselor will show up in your corner every session, whether it is through nonjudgemental support or warm confrontation. From that relationship and understanding you will be able to make brave changes in your life.

WHY OUR APPROACH WORKS

Humans are biologically wired to need supportive relationships. That’s why we come alongside adults who are feeling stuck, offering steady support and  proven tools for lasting change.

Group Therapy

Rediscovering Me:
Narcissistic Abuse
Recovery

An 8 week group that combines education and support aimed at understanding narcissistic abuse paired with a storytelling component. It is a safe place to tell your story and be believed.

Emotional Skills (DBT)

Life is often unpredictable and there are plenty of situations that are outside of your control. This group is about teaching you the skills to help manage what you can control… your response to what life throws your way. We will teach you skills to grow in self awareness so you will be able to tolerate distress and deepen your relationships.

Spiritual Abuse
Recovery

This is an eight-week group therapy for men and women who have been hurt by a past church or religious experience. This group provides a venue for participants to tell their story and ultimately seeks to lay a foundation upon which grief, lament, and forgiveness can eventually be built.
